- Bodyweight workout for beginner – bodyweight squats 20 times then rest for about 15 seconds. 10 push-ups and rest for 10 seconds. Walking lunges (10 times each leg) 15 seconds rest. Dubbell rows (10 times each arm) rest for 10 seconds.
- Bodyweight hiit workout – side kick-through for about 20 seconds, then rest for about 10 seconds repeat it 8 times. Crab toe touch for about 20 seconds then rest for 10 seconds repeat it 8 times, skater hop for about 20 seconds and rest for 10 repeat 8 times. Crusty lunge do it or about 20 seconds then rest for 10 and repeat 8 times.
- Strength work out – no breakes between exercises! Bodyweight squat do it for about a minute. Push-ups do them also for about a minute. After Push-ups time comes for so called Mountain Climbers which will also be done for about a minute. Repeat those exercises 9 times. Remember not to do breaks between!
